Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Yinhu Ganmao powder patch on acute upper respiratory tract infection in children.Method:Sixty children with acute upper respiratory tract infection admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University from May 2022 to November 2022 were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into observation group and control group by systematic randomization,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional oral treatment,and the observation group received Yinhu Ganmao powder patch on the basis of conventional treatment.The main disease score,secondary disease score,symptom change time,clinical efficacy,symptom score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Symptom score of observation group was lower than control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of Yinhu Ganmao powder patch in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection in children can improve the clinical symptoms,shorten the course of the disease,reduce the symptom score,and no adverse reactions.关键词
