肌内效贴扎疗法对髌骨骨折术后早期功能恢复的效果
Analysis of the Therapeutic Effect of Intramuscular Taping Therapy on Early Function after Patellar Fracture Surgery

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of intramuscular taping therapy on early functional recovery after patellar fracture surgery.Method:60 with patellar fracture admitted to Jinjiang Hospital from July 2023 to April 2024 were selected as study objects and divided into control group(routine rehabilitation training,30 cases)and observation group(routine rehabilitation training combined with intramuscular bandage,30 cases)according to random number table method.The function of the patients was evaluated before treatment,7 days and 21 d,respectively.To analyze the effect of intramuscular taping therapy on early functional recovery after patellar fracture.Result:After treatment,the observation group was superior to the control group in knee function(HSS score),Lysholm knee score scale(LKSS),Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),quadriceps recruitment and activation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intramuscular taping therapy has a good effect on early functional recovery after patellar fracture surgery.关键词
