Abstract
Objective:The combined treatment of butylphthalein and Donepezil hydrochloride was perrformed in elderly patients with vascular dementia after cerebral infarction,and the effects of cerebral blood flow and serum related factor were discussed.Method:A total of 80 elderly patients with vascular dementia after cerebral infarction who received treatment in the People's Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from April 2021 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Donepezil hydrochloride alone,while the observation group was treated with butylphthalein combined with Donepezil hydrochloride.The clinical efficacy,cognitive function,cerebral blood flow status,serum related factors and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate,Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)score,Clinical Dementia Rating(CDR)score,Cerebral Blood Volume(CBV),Cerebral Blood Flow(CBF),Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor(BDNF),Angiotensin 1-7(Ang1-7)and Activities of Daily Living(ADL)score of the observation group were significantly increased compared with the control group,while the other indexes were significantly decreased,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion:In elderly patients with vascular dementia after cerebral infarction,the combination of butylphthalide and Donepezil hydrochloride can achieve satisfactory results,which can improve the blood flow state of the brain,regulate the level of serum related factors,and promote the recovery of cognitive function and improve the ability of daily life.关键词
