Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of double-pulley knotless suture bridge technique under shoulder arthroscopy on shoulder joint motion and functional repair in patients with rotator cuff tear complicated with osteoporosis.Method:54 patients with rotator cuff tear complicated with osteoporosis admitted to the People's Hospital of Jiawang District of Xuzhou City from July 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into two groups,with 27cases in each group.The traditional group was treated with traditional arthroscopic suture bridge fixation,while the observation group was treated with arthroscopic double-pulley suture bridge technique.The pain,shoulder motion and shoulder function of the two groups were compared before and after 3 months of treatment.The mean recovery time,bearing time of affected side and the incidence of joint stiffness and rotator cuff retear were compared between the two groups.Result:After 3 months of treatment,the Numeric Rating Scale(NRS)scores of the two groups were significantly decreased,but the forward flexion,external rotation and abduction were significantly increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).And compared with the traditional group,the NRS score of the observation group after 3 months of treatment was significantly decreased,and the forward flexion,external rotation and abduction were significantly increased,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with the same group before treatment,the Constant score and the American Society for Shoulder and Elbow Surgery Scoring system(ASES)of both groups were significantly increased,and compared with the traditional group,the Constant score and ASES of the observation group were significantly increased,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with the traditional group,the mean recovery time,bearing time on the affected side and the incidence of joint stiffness and rotator cuff retear in the observation group were significantly reduced,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The double-pulley knotless suture bridge technique under shoulder arthroscopy can significantly promote shoulder joint mobility and functional recovery in patients with rotator cuff tear complicated with osteoporosis,reduce the risk of postoperative complications,and have certain reference value in the formulation of clinical treatment strategies for rotator cuff tear.关键词
