腰椎间盘突出症肌电图及CT影像图特征分析研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze electromyography(EMG)and CT imaging features of patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Method:90 LDH patients admitted to the Third people's Hospital of Jingzhou from June 2020 to May 2024 were selected as the study objects,and all of them underwent EMG and CT examination.The imaging features were analyzed and compared with the surgical results to analyze the diagnostic coincidence rate.Result:EMG showed that the terminal latency of tibial nerve and common peroneal nerve on the affected side of LDH patients was longer than that on the healthy side,and the amplitude of tibial nerve and common peroneal nerve on the affected side was smaller than that on the healthy side,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).CT showed that the nucleus pulposus was free in the spinal canal of LDH patients and was atrophied/scarring,with protrusion such as adhesion and hill,etc.The coincidence rate between the surgical site and the results of EMG and CT were higher.The terminal latency of tibial nerve and common peroneal nerve on the affected side of LDH patients was shortened and the amplitude was increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The terminal latency of tibial nerve and peroneal nerve on the affected side was shorter in patients with excellent and good curative effect than in patients with fair or poor curative effect,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The amplitude of tibial nerve and peroneal nerve on the affected side was greater in patients with excellent and good curative effect,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of free nucleus pulposus in vertebral canal,frontal protrusion in c～d region,dural sac compression and displacement were higher in patients with good or fair curative effect,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with LDH have certain EMG and CT features which are coincident with surgical results.The two can also be used to evaluate therapeutic effects.关键词
