摘要
Abstract
Objective:To compare the efficacy of total hip arthroplasty and hemiarthroplasty in the treatment of elderly patients with femoral neck fractures.Method:Sixty elderly patients with femoral neck fracture admitted to Qianxi People's Hospital from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with semi-hip replacement, the observation group was treated with total hip replacement, and the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Result:The intraoperative blood loss, postoperative pain score and incidence of postoperative complications in observation group were higher than those in control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Hip function score and total effective rate of treatment in observation group were higher than those in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Total hip replacement and semi-hip replacement have their respective advantages and disadvantages in the treatment of elderly femoral neck fractures.Among them, total hip replacement can better improve the hip function of patients, but the trauma is greater, while semi-hip replacement has less trauma, but the efficacy is relatively insufficient. It is recommended to choose a reasonable operation according to the actual situation and needs of patients.关键词
