耳穴压豆法促进剖宫产术后康复的临床观察
Clinical Observation on Ear Acupoint Pressing Bean Method to Promote Postoperative Recovery after Cesarean Section

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of ear acupoint pressing bean method in postoperative rehabilitation after cesarean section.Method:A total of 120 women who underwent cesarean section in the Sixth People's Hospital of Huizhou City from July 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine postoperative treatment and nursing,and the observation group was given auricular point compression bean method.Postoperative pain score,gastrointestinal exhaust recovery time,uterine rejuvenation time,postpartum blood loss 24 h,milk secretion and incidence of urinary retention were observed and compared between the two groups.Result:The degree of postoperative pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the postoperative recovery time of gastrointestinal exhaust and uterine rehabilitation time in the observation group were shorter,and the postpartum blood loss at 24 h was less,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The rate of adequate breastfeeding in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The frequency of milk powder feeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of urinary retention in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Auricular point compression method can effectively promote the recovery of the parturient after cesarean section,reduce the postoperative pain,shorten the recovery time and reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
