Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of humanistic care combined with situational cognitive training on cognitive function,psychological status and quality of life in patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment(PSCI).Method:A total of 82 patients with PSCI treated in Nanjing Gaochun People's Hospital from January 2022 to May 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to envelope randomization method,including control group(n=41,with routine nursing intervention)and observation group(n=41,with humanistic care combined with situational cognitive training mode intervention).The cognitive function,mental state and quality of life of the two groups were assessed by the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA),the Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE),the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS),and the Stroke Quality of Life Scale(SS-QOL)before and after the intervention.Result:After intervention,MoCA score,MMSE score,HDS-A score and HDS-D score were decreased in both groups.SS-QOL scale of energy,activity,self-care ability,social role scores increased.After intervention,MoCA score,MMSE score,HDS-A score and HDS-D score in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of SS-QOL was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanistic care combined with scene cognitive training mode can improve the cognitive function of PSCI patients,improve the poor mental state and quality of life.关键词
