Dynamics of organic matter in litter and its influencing factors in the burned area of lightning fires in Daxing'anling mountains

Abstract
[Objective]Under the background of lightning fire disturbance,the recovery dynamics of dissolved organic matter composition and structure were analyzed in Xing'an larch forest with litter as the research object,aiming to investigate the recovery process and ecosystem impacts of forest litter after lightning fire disturbance.[Method]The litter was divided into undecomposed and semi-decomposed layers,and dissolved organic carbon,dissolved organic nitrogen,and spectral characteristics(SUVA254,SUVA260,SUVA272,SUVA280,HIXb,FI and BIX)were analyzed in the organic matter in litter at different recovery time,elevation and slope.[Result]In the undecomposed layer,the recovery time was significantly positively correlated with DON and some spectral characteristics(P<0.05),and significantly negatively correlated with BIX(P<0.05).The slope was negatively correlated with DON and some spectral characteristics(P<0.05),and positively correlated with BIX(P<0.05).Elevation was negatively correlated with some spectral characteristics(P<0.05)and negatively correlated with BIX(P<0.05).In the semi-decomposed layer,the recovery time was positively correlated with DOC(P<0.05),negatively correlated with some spectral characteristics(P<0.05),and both elevation and slope were negatively correlated with some spectral characteristics(P<0.05).DOC and DON in the undecomposed layer are always higher than those in the semi-decomposed layer during the recovery process,and BIX in the semi-decomposed layer are always higher than those in the undecomposed layer.[Conclusion]1)The content,composition and characteristics of DOM in litter of Larix gmelinii forest were significantly affected by lightning fire recovery time,elevation and slope.2)The DOM components and characteristics of the undecomposed layer and the semi-decomposed layer were different,and the response to lightning interference was different,and the DOM characteristics of different decomposed layers were also different.关键词
