Framework and Practice Paths of Integrated Education in the"Integrated Secondary and Undergraduate Education"from the Perspective of System Synergy Theory

Abstract
The"integrated secondary and undergraduate education"is an innovative initiative aimed at cultivating high-quality applied talents.Currently,it faces challenges such as insufficient systemic synergy in curriculum,faculty,resources and organization,urgently requiring the breaking down of barriers within the traditional education system to achieve collaborative development across different types and stages of education.Based on the system synergy theory,the framework of integrated education in the"integrated secondary and undergraduate education"transcends the limitations of traditional segmented education's linear thinking,with a focus on the main thread of ability progression.It organically integrates knowledge synergy,resource synergy and organizational synergy,providing new ideas for coherent cultivation.Based on the concept of integrated education,the optimized practice paths for the"integrated secondary and undergraduate education"includes:establishing a coherent and orderly curriculum system;forming a normalized teaching and research consortium for exchange and cooperation;building an efficient cross-organizational collaboration system;constructing a support platform for resource integration and sharing in education;and establishing a quality evaluation mechanism for coherent cultivation that emphasizes both process and outcomes.关键词
