调息八段锦对慢性阻塞性肺病合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者BODE指数及生活质量的影响
The Effect of Breath-Regulating Baduanjin on BODE Index and Quality of Life in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Complicated with Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of Breath-Regulating Baduanjin on BODE Index and Quality of Life in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(COPD)Complicated with Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome(OSAHS).Methods:A total of 108 patients with COPD-OSAHS overlap syndrome were divided into observation group(n=55)and control group(n=53)ac-cording to the principle of randomization.All patients were treated with routine therapy in respiratory department,while the observation group was combined with Breath Regulating Baduanjin on the basis of the control group,the intervention lasted for 2 months.BODE index,body mass index(BMI),forced expiratory volume in one second to forced vital capacity ratio(FEV1%),6 min walking distance(6MWD),modified British medical research council(MMRC)and St George's Respiratory Questionnaire(SGRQ)were recorded and analyzed before and after intervention in the two groups.Results:After treatment,FEV1%and 6MWD in the observation group were in-creased(P<0.05),mMRC score was decreased(P<0.05),and BMI did not change significantly compared with that before treatment(P>0.05).The two indexes of 6MWD and mMRC in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total BODE index of the two groups was decreased after treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of respiratory symptoms and activity ability in the observation group were de-creased(P<0.05),and the scores of disease influence and SGRQ in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The respiratory symptoms,activity ability,disease influence and total score of SGRQ in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Breath-Regulating Baduanjin intervention in patients with COPD-OSAHS overlap syndrome can reduce the symptoms of dyspnea,delay the decline of lung function,improve exercise ability,reduce patients'negative emotions,improve sleep quality,and thus improve the quality of daily life.关键词
