基于表面肌电探讨八段锦对脑卒中患者核心与平衡功能的相关性
Correlation Study of Baduanjin on Core and Balance Function in Stroke Patients Based on Surface EMG

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects of Baduanjin on core and balance function in stroke patients based on surface myogra-phy and its correlation,and to provide reference for the treatment of stroke patients with balance disorder.Methods:A total of 68 stroke patients with hemiplegia were selected from the rehabilitation Hospital affiliated to Fujian University of Chinese Medicine,and were divided into observation group(n=34)and control group(n=34)by random number table method.The control group re-ceived routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group received Baduanjin training on the basis of routine rehabilitation.Before and after treatment,plantar pressure ratio and total trajectory length of patients were recorded by a balance instrument,and Berg(BBS)and"stand up and walk"(TUGT)scales were assessed to evaluate the patients'balance function and walking ability.The integrated electromyography(iEMG)of rectus abdominis,obliquus abdominis,erector spinalis and multifidus muscle was measured by surface electromyography to evaluate the core function of patients.Finally,the correlation between the difference before and after the total trajectory length,the difference before and after the BBS and the difference before and after the core integrated EMG is ana-lyzed.Results:After 8 weeks of treatment,the ratio of plantar pressure,total trajectory length and BBS score and TUGT time were significantly improved than before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05);the in-tegrated electromyographic value(iEMG)of the rectus abdominis,obliquus abdominis,erector spinalis and multifidus muscle were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);the difference of iEMG in the rectus abdominis,obliquus abdominis,erector spinalis and multifidus muscle in the observation group was positively associated with the total trajectory length and BBS of the difference before and after treatment(P<0.01).Con-clusion:Baduanjin can not only improve the core function of stroke patients,but also improve balance function and walking ability,and Baduanjin has a positive correlation with the influence of core and balance function of stroke patients.关键词
