六字诀训练联合体外膈肌起搏对脑卒中后气管切开患者呼吸功能及拔管时间的影响
The Effect of Six Character Formula Training Combined with Extracorporeal Diaphragm Pacing on Respiratory Function and Extubation Time in Patients with Tracheotomy after Stroke

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of six character formula training combined with extracorporeal diaphragm pacing on re-spiratory function and extubation time in patients with tracheotomy after stroke.Methods:This study recruited 66 patients with post-stroke tracheotomy who were hospitalized in the acupuncture and moxibustion rehabilitation department of Hangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated to Zhejiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2024 to October 2024,randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 33 cases in each.During the observation period,3 cases dropped out in both the observation group and the control group.The control group received extracorporeal diaphragm pacing on the basis of conventional rehabilitation therapy,while the observation group conducts the six character formula training on the basis of the con-trol group.The observation period was 6 weeks,and the respiratory function-related indicators,tracheal extubation time,and extuba-tion success rate of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:There were no significant differences in respiratory function indexes(FVC,FEV1,PEF,MIP,PIF)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after 6 weeks of treatment,the FVC,FEV1,PEF,MIP,and PIF of both groups of patients were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the observation group showed a more sig-nificant improvement(P<0.05);the observation group had a shorter extubation time compared to the control group(P<0.05);and the extubation rate of the observation group was 60.00%,which was better than the control group's 33.33%(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of extracorporeal diaphragm pacing therapy,combined with six character training,there is a significant improvement in re-spiratory function in patients with tracheotomy after stroke,and it can shorten extubation time and increase extubation rate.关键词
