林长制扩散后运行成效探析
Analysis on Operational Effectiveness of Forest Chief System After Its Diffusion
摘要
Abstract
Forest chief system is an important policy of ecological civilization construction in China.An in-depth analysis of the operation of forest chief system after its diffusion can help promote the reform of forest chief system.On the basis of existing research literature,this paper summarized the operational logic,policy diffusion stages and operational effectiveness of forest chief system.It elaborated on the main legal difficulties,governance effectiveness difficulties and governance subject difficulties in the operation process of forest chief system,summarized specific optimization paths,such as improving the legal system of forest chief system,implementing specific responsibilities and increasing social participation,and put forward relevant prospects.关键词
