中医整脊联合悬吊治疗腰椎间盘突出症根性疼痛的疗效观察
Therapeutic Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Chiropractic Combined with Sling Exercise Therapy on Radicular Pain of Lumbar Disc Herniation

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine chiropractic combined with sling exercise therapy on radicular pain of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:Eighty-four patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected and ran-domly divided into observation group(n=42)and control group(n=42).Both groups had 2 dropouts,and ultimately 40 patients were included in each group.Both groups routine topical medication and traditional Chinese medicine chiropractic treatment,and the ob-servation group was given sling exercise therapy in supine and prone positions on this basis for 30 min each time,five times a week,and continued training for 2 weeks;the control group also received sling exercise therapy,but only prone and supine on the non-elastic suspension belt without training,the treatment time and frequency were the same as the observation group.The Japanese Or-thopaedic Association(JOA)Low Back Pain Assessment Scale,Oswestry Dysfunction Index(ODI),Visual Analog Scale for Pain(VAS),and Sciatica Bothersomeness Index(SBI)were applied to assess the low back pain and lumbar spine function in patients with lumbar disc herniation before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,JOA score,ODI index,VAS score and SBI score of pa-tients in both groups were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.01),and all the indexes of the observation group were improved significantly compared with those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusions:Traditional Chinese medicine chiro-practic combined with sling exercise therapy can significantly alleviate the lumbar and leg pain of lumbar disc herniation,improve the functional condition of the lumbar spine and lower limbs,and improve the patient's ability to perform daily life activities.关键词
