麻醉中耳穴tVNS干预对下肢骨折患者术后的影响
The Effect of Auricular tVNS Intervention During Anesthesia on the Postoperative Period of Patients with Lower Limb Fracture

Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of auricular transcutaneous vagus nerve stimulation(tVNS)intervention in anesthesia on the postoperative period of patients with lower limb fracture.Methods:Ninety patients who underwent general anesthesia surgery for lower limb fracture at the Xindu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2023 to February 2024 were included,and were divided into the experimental group(30 cases),the ear non-vagus nerve stimulation group(30 cases),and the blank control group(30 cases)according to the method of randomized numerical table,and the three groups were routinely operated and cared for postoperatively.tVNS was used to stimulate the right auricular acupoints during anesthesia management in the experimental group(stomach,large intestine,spleen),the ear non-vagus nerve stimulation group used tVNS to stimulate the right auricular acupoints(shoulder,elbow,wrist),and the blank control group had routine surgery and postoperative care.Observation was made to compare the effect of intervention.Results:There was no significant difference in HR and MAP levels among the three groups at T1,T2,T3 and T4(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the relief time of pain symptoms and the first time getting out of bed between the ear non-vagus nerve stimulation group and the blank control group(P>0.05).The relief time of pain symptoms and the first time of getting out of bed in the experimental group were shorter than those in the blank control group and the auricular non-vagus nerve stimulation group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative abdominal distension,nausea and vomiting in the experimental group was lower than that in the other two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complica-tions among the three groups(P>0.05).The postoperative satisfaction rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the other two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Anesthesia Auricular tVNS intervention can accelerate the postoperative recovery rate of pa-tients with lower limb fracture,reduce related adverse reactions and improve postoperative satisfaction rate.关键词
