肌内效贴联合推拿治疗颈型颈椎病的临床疗效观察
Therapeutic Effect of Kinesiotaping Combined with Massage in Treatment of Neck-Type Cervical Spondylosis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of kinesiotaping combined with massage on pain,dysfunction,and cervical spondylo-sis symptoms in patients with neck-type cervical spondylosis(NTCS).Methods:110 NTCS patients were randomly divided into ex-perimental group(n=55)and a control group(n=55).The experimental group was treated with kinesiotaping combined with mas-sage,while the control group was treated with comfort patches combined with massage,three times a week for a total of four weeks.Visual Analog Scale(VAS),TNK Joint Symptom Assessment Scale,and Cervical Dysfunction Index(NDI)were evaluated before(0 weeks),after(4 weeks),and after(8 weeks)treatment,respectively.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,both groups of patients showed significant improvement in VAS,NDI,and TNK scores compared to before treatment(P<0.05).The experimental group showed even more significant improvement,and the 8-week efficacy was more long-lasting(P<0.05).Conclusions:The combina-tion of kinesiotaping and massage therapy has significant therapeutic effects on neck-type cervical spondylosis,and the duration of the therapeutic effect is long.关键词
