针灸治疗早发性卵巢功能不全的作用机制研究进展
Research Progress on the Mechanism of Acupuncture in the Treatment of Premature Ovarian Insufficiency

Abstract
POI is a complex disease of abnormal aging of the ovaries,in which patients often present with loose periods or amenor-rhea,as well as low estrogen symptoms,including hot flashes,sweating,and vaginal dryness.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of gynecological diseases,and its clinical effect is remarkable,which can promote the improve-ment of ovarian function.By searching relevant literature,it was found that phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase(PI3K)/protein kinase B(PKB/AKT),nuclear factor E2 related factor 2(Nrf2),silencing information regulator 2 related enzyme 1(SIRT1),mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK),Hippo and ovarian-related regulatory proteins were closely related to follicle activation.Therefore,starting from the physiology and pathology of POI,this paper elaborated and summarized the mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of POI based on the molecular level,providing theoretical reference and new ideas for clinical acupuncture in the treatment of prema-ture ovarian insufficiency.关键词
