基于"阳化气,阴成形"理论探讨温阳法治疗老年性便秘论治思路
Discussion on the Treatment of Senile Constipation by Warming Yang Method Based on the Theory of"Yang Transforms Qi,Yin Constitutes Form"
摘要
Abstract
Senile constipation is one of the common digestive system disorders,characterized by symptoms such as dry and hard stools,prolonged defecation cycles,or cycles that are not long but with dry stool and difficult evacuation.In some cases,the stool may not be hard,but there is a sensation of incomplete evacuation despite the urge to defecate,its course of disease is long,seriously affects the patient's health and quality of life.Based on the theoretical connotation of"yang transforms qi,yin constitutes form"in the Yellow Emperor's Canon of Medicine,the balance of yin and yang is the key to human physiological balance.When yin and yang are imbalanced,a series of"yin or yang excess"and"yin or yang deficiency"symptoms will occur,leading to senile constipation.In-sufficient yang and too much yin are the key pathogenesis of senile constipation.Lack of yang qi leads to Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney,and less gasification;Yin formation is too much,and the pathological products of phlegm and blood stasis accumulate in the intestinal tract,resulting in tangible real evil.Therefore,the treatment should be based on the method of warming yang,warming yang qi throughout the clinical process,at the same time for the"yin constitutes form"is too much,the use of removing evil,supple-mented by eliminating dampness and removing phlegm,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.The article mainly discusses the application value of the warm-yang method in the treatment of geriatric constipation from the Chinese medicine theory of"yang transforms qi,yin constitutes form",to provide new ideas for the treatment of geriatric constipation in traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
