Treating Angina Pectoris from the Perspective of Disharmony of the Shaoyang Sanjiao Fascia and Obstruction by Phlegm and Blood Stasis

Abstract
Angina pectoris is the most prevalent clinical manifestation of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD),presenting as a clinical syndrome mainly characterized by chest pain due to temporary myocardial ischemia.In traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),it is held that the obstruction of phlegm and stasis in the heart vessels,coronary artery spasm,and the disharmony of the blood vessels and fascia are the primary causes of the onset of angina pectoris in CHD.From the perspective of the syndrome differentiation of the triple burners,qi,blood,and body fluids,there is a significant connection between the disharmony of the Shaoyang triple burner and fascia and the obstruction of phlegm and stasis.This article aims to explore the etiology,pathogenesis,and treatment characteristics of angina pectoris in coronary heart disease by starting from the disharmony of fascia and the obstruction of phlegm and stasis.It is believed that the fascia of the Shaoyang triple burner is an extension of the brain fascia,the vascular wall pertains to the"membrane"of the triple burners,and the loose tissue of the vascular wall belongs to the collaterals and interstices of the triple burners.When the qi transforma-tion in the triple burners is abnormal,the stasis of qi,blood,and body fluids occurs,and the disharmony of the blood vessels and fascia leads to spasm.The pathogenic factors of phlegm and stasis originate from the triple burners.Exogenous six pathogenic factors,irregu-lar diet and rest,and unsmooth emotions can all result in adverse qi transformation in the triple burners'waterways,as well as spasm of the fascia and blood vessels,giving rise to water dampness,phlegm,and stasis.Based on the above considerations,the author contends that the treatment of angina pectoris in coronary heart disease should be grounded in the Shaoyang triple burners,grasping the internal relationship between the disharmony of fascia and the obstruction of phlegm and stasis.Specifically,it should focus on the therapeutic methods such as eliminating phlegm,resolving stasis,relieving spasm,promoting diuresis,and promoting the movement of qi,thereby providing a theoretical reference for the prevention and treatment of angina pectoris in TCM.关键词
