Research on Comprehensive Identification Method for the Existing Houses with Masonry Structures:A Case of a Masonry Building in Beijing
摘要
Abstract
Combined with the engineering cases,the paper introduces the contents and method of comprehensive safety identification of brick concrete structure.Through on-site testing of the material strength,section size,appearance damage and structural system verification of the masonry structure,the modeling analysis is conducted according to the on-site testing data,and the safety and seismic performance of the structure are rated respectively.Finally,the comprehensive safety rating of the building structure is given,which provides a basis for the next decision of the owner and provides a reference for the inspection and identification of the buildings of the same period.关键词
