The Application of Precast Concrete Pipe Piles Combined with Steel Pipe Piles in the Ground Slab Settlement Reinforcement of a Factory Building
摘要
Abstract
The construction site of a factory in Yibin City,Sichuan Province experienced uneven settlement of up to 15cm in its ground slab and cannot be used in normal.To address this issue,based on a foundation settlement report from a surveying institute,the cause of the settlement was analyzed,and a reinforcement plan was developed.A new ground slab was constructed on the original slab and supported by precast concrete pipe piles.The steel pipe piles were used in areas where the concrete pipe piles could not be installed,and successfully solved the settlement problem.关键词
