基于PSO的PC构件生产系统人员柔性调度优化研究

Abstract
By conducting on-site research on the PC component production workshop of Enterprise D and drawing a Value Stream Map(VSM),the production system is visualized to identify the problems of low balance rate and unreasonable personnel scheduling in the current production system.It creates constraints for existing problems,establishes a mathematical model with the goal of minimizing the total number of employees in the production system,introduces an improved Particle Swarm Algorithm to solve the exam-ple model,and obtains the optimal solution for flexible personnel scheduling under different production ca-pacities.It is founded that optimizing personnel scheduling for the prefabricated wall panel production sys-tem in PC workshop of Enterprise D improves production efficiency,quality,and benefits,demonstrating the effectiveness of the research method.关键词
