Study on the Development and Planning of the"Migratory Bird"Rural Elderly Care Model in Cold Regions:A Case of Xiongyue Hot Spring Village

Abstract
This paper analyzes the tense situation of elderly care resources and the aging problem in China's cold regions,as well as the challenges faced by villages due to backward economy and population outflow.It proposes the development of a"migratory bird"elderly care model,utilizing the complementary advantages of urban economic strength and rural environmental resources.Taking Xiongyue Hot Spring Village as an example,it emphasizes the importance of selecting suitable rural locations,developing core resources,implementing diversified elderly care services,and adopting age-friendly designs.The paper proposes the planning requirements for the location,types,aging friendliness,elderly care spaces,community construction,and public service facilities of the"migratory bird"elderly care industry in the cold regions.It aims to meet the needs of the elderly,to improve their quality of life,to promote the integration of rural industry and urban-rural elderly care services,and to open new paths for rural revitalization and alleviating the burden on urban elderly care.关键词
