Abstract
The CCRC model has been introduced into China as an elderly care model to solve the problem of the immature elderly care model in China.It is an elderly care model that can adapt to the elderly care needs of the elderly of different classes at different ages,has the potential for sustainable development,and can provide continuous care for the retired elderly.Based on the CCRC model,this paper proposes a resilient design strategy for a compound elderly care community that integrates community living,institutional services,and home care,with the core principle of"meeting the differentiated needs of the elderly care communities at different stages through resilient design".By analyzing the architectural planning and design scheme of Taicang Health and Wellness Center,the paper proposes a resilient design strategy for the compound elderly care communities based on the CCRC model from the aspects of resilient rooms,resilient functional modules and resilient space utilization.关键词
