基于PSPL调研法的老城区公共空间更新策略研究
Research on the Strategies for the Renewal of Public Space in Old Urban Area Based on PSPL Survey Method:A Case of Xi'an Gulou Hui Dwelling Area

Abstract
As an important place for public communication,various activities,and connections with the city,public space not only carries the history,culture,and social networks of a city,but also serves as indispensable elements within the urban functional system and its spatial environment.In the context of urban development such as"stock development"and"urban repair and ecological restoration",this paper takes Xi'an Gulou Hui dwelling areas as an example,and employs PSPL survey method to investigate and summarize the layout patterns,types,activity crowds,and behaviors of public spaces within the dwelling area.By establishing a comprehensive Huifang public space evaluation system,the paper proposes the strategies for renewal,transformation and optimization,aiming to provide feasible ideas and methods for the transformation of similar old urban public spaces.关键词
