Abstract
Organic renewal is a sustainable,connotative and quality-oriented renewal of cities.With"organic renewal"becoming a trend in urban construction,combined with the practice of the interior renovation project of the management center building in Shanghai Lingang Industrial Zone,in view of the architectural micro-renewal practices of the existing old buildings oriented by improving the indoor functions and comfort and supplemented by renovating the surrounding environment and building appearance,the paper proposes to renovate the interior and exterior of the building through the strategies of acupuncture-type point renewal,weaving-type surface renewal,linking-type linear renewal,and network-type technological renewal.After refining the design elements and upgrading the hardware and software of each space,this office building,which has been in use for nearly 16 years,was given a new lease of life.This case,through the analysis on the renewal and upgrading process,can provide a referable and valuable strategy for the subsequent interior renewal design of related offices.关键词
