The Renewal of Historical and Cultural Districts Based on Genius Loci:A Case of Wenchangge Community in Changsha
摘要
Abstract
Based on the theory of Genius Loci proposed by architect Christian Norberg-Schulz,this paper takes the organic renewal of Wenchangge Community in Changsha as the research object.Based on the deep understanding on the theoretical connotation of Genius Loci,this paper systematically sorts out the historical and cultural context,regional characteristics and folk customs of Wenchangge area,and organically integrates the theory of Genius Loci into the planning and design of the community.Finally,it forms a renewal plan for the historical block that not only satisfies the functional needs of the residents in their daily life,but also arouses the cultural identity and emotional belonging of the tourists in terms of form and language,thus effectively enhancing the tourist attractiveness and cultural influence of the district.关键词
