Thinking on the Overall Conservation Status and Reutilization of"Third-Tier"Industrial Heritages in Sichuan Province

Abstract
In recent years,the country has attached great importance to the conservation and utilization of industrial heritages,providing a solid foundation for the value protection and reutilization of industrial heritage resources in the third-tier constructions.The emphasis placed by Sichuan Province on the development and utilization of"third-tier resources",the revitalization of the"third-tier memory",and the exploration on the education and promotion of"spiritual lineage"have made great contributions to the theories and practices for the protection and utilization of the third-tier industrial heritages.However,through the survey on the"third-tier"industrial heritages in Sichuan province,it was found that there are problems in the current protection and utilization work,such as the need for in-depth research on the basic status quo,the need to clarify the scope of property rights responsibilities,the need to strengthen the reutilization and development,and the need to explore cultural and spiritual resources.关键词
