经济新常态下中小城市转型发展策略研究
Research on the Strategies for the Transformation and Development of Small and Medium-Sized Cities under the New Economic Normal:A Case of Jiangshan City

Abstract
This paper discusses the strategies for the transformation and development of small and medium-sized cities under the new economic normal by taking Jiangshan City as an example.Firstly,the paper describes the connotation and characteristics of the new economic normal,analyzes the development dilemma faced by small and medium-sized cities in this context,and then points out the problems encountered by traditional planning in coping with the new normal.Secondly,it puts forward a new idea for small and medium-sized cities to transform and develop from the pursuit of material spatial form to the law of market economy.Taking the practice of Jiangshan City as an example,the paper discusses its planning response strategies for transformational development from multiple dimensions,such as regional synergy,ecological leadership,both banks of a river,and people-orientation,etc.,with a view to provide references for the development of other similar cities.关键词
