The Design of Public Architecture Based on Urban Environment:A Case of the Project of Xiaoshan Private Economic Development Center

Abstract
In response to the national call of"mass entrepreneurship,mass innovation"and to build the core engine for the new economic development of Xiaoshan,in the design for the project of Hangzhou Xiaoshan Private Economic Development Center,the paper makes an in-depth understanding and grasping of the urban environment and uses the eco-green design strategies to build a city-level complex integrating the functions of private economy exhibition,enterprise incubation,service support and other functions.The project of Xiaoshan Private Economic Development Center takes into account the spatial relationship of Lu Guanqiu's former residence in the north,and closely combines with the landscape river in the east.The main entrance is set on the south side of the plot,facing the direction of the district government and forming a core spatial form.The project of Xiaoshan Private Economic Development Center has successfully achieved the organic integration with the urban environment,shaped a model of public building that is functional,culturally expressive and environmentally friendly,and provided a valuable reference example for public building design practice based on the urban environment.It is of great significance for promoting the development and innovation of urban public building design.关键词
