The Architectural Design for the Large General Hospital at both Peacetime and Wartime:A Case of Changfu Hospital in Wuhan
摘要
Abstract
The design of large general hospitals is to solve the problem of lack of medical resources in the area.However,the demand for infectious disease departments is relatively minor.How to solve the contradictory demand between general comprehension and small specialties is exactly the problem that the design needs to think about and solve.Based on the practical case of Wuhan Changfu Hospital,this paper summarizes the overall planning and architectural design of the general hospital,and proposes a three-dimensional in-depth expansion and discussion from various perspectives through the application of comprehensive medical emergency transformation,cross-infection avoidance,and doctor-patient triage.The architectural layout of Wuhan Changfu Hospital,a newly built large-scale general hospital in response to sudden infectious diseases and public health incidents both at peacetime and wartime,not only considers the response measures in the event of a major public epidemic,but also considers the needs of peacetime use,rationally utilizes resources,avoids causing waste,and achieves the purpose of combining peacetime and wartime.关键词
