Abstract
As a common drain outlet applied in the dredger-fill works,the combination of sluice box and buried pipes results in a large area occupied,high installation demand and high cost.Based on the construction experience,the calculation of drain capacity and the comparative analysis of real projects,a new type of drain outlet based on sluice box and buried pipes was designed.Its application in Pinglu canal project showed the advantages of short construction period,easy installation,less land occupied and low cost.Even large-scale cutter-suction dredgers were used in the construction,the above drain structure ensured stable discharge flow,the content of suspended substances met the environmental protection requirements within the range of mangrove forest.The structure is worthy of promotion and application.关键词
