Abstract
As a kind of new public buildings in many cities in recent years,the civic center serves the residents in the cities.The architecture design is of great significance to the urban spatial form and natural environment.However,it is inevitable that more attention has been paid to the techniques or display processes in some architecture designs,which do not meet the needs of modern urban life.By analyzing the civic center of Nanhai Future Town in Yancheng City,a green-ecology-based civic center was discussed from the aspects of planning layout,architecture design,transportation,landscaping,green building and etc.,which served as a reference and had significance for the architecture design of civic center in future.关键词
