Analysis on the Medication Rules of Professor Yue Dexing in the Treatment of Chronic Diarrhea Based on Data Mining

Abstract
Objective By using data mining technology,to summarize Professor Yue Dexing's medication rules and clinical thinking in treating chronic diarrhea.Methods The cases of chronic diarrhea patients with relatively comprehensive data among the patients treated by Professor Yue Dexing from 2015 to 2018 were sorted out and recorded into the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)inheritance assistance system in a standardized manner.The case data were analyzed using various functional modules in the system,and the medication rules and TCM clinical thinking were summarized by combining TCM theories.Results A total of 160 cases were included,involving 146 Chinese medicine flavors.The occurrence frequency of Chinese medicine properties was warm and mile at most,and the medicinal flavors were pungent and sweet.The main channel normalization was spleen and stomach,lung,kidney,heart and liver channels.Through"prescription rule analysis"and"new prescription analysis"in the system,12 groups of core drug combinations and 6 new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion The characteristics of medicine used by Professor Yue Dexing in the treatment of chronic diarrhea are as follows:supplementing qi and invigorating spleen with drugs for warming yang,diarrhea caused by emotion should be treated from the liver,spleen and kidney with the same supplement,carefully use astringent,combining heat-clearing and warm-restoring methods to evenly regulate cold and heat.关键词
