基于CiteSpace对中医外治法治疗慢性荨麻疹可视化分析
Visual Analysis of External Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Chronic Urticaria Based on CiteSpace

Abstract
This paper analyzed the literatures in the field of external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of chronic urticaria,and summarized the research status,hotspots and future trends in the field in the past 15 years.Using CNKI as the data source,Cite Space software was used to visually analyze the literatures collected from January 1,2008 to October 1,2023,and draw the graphs of keywords,authors and publishing institutions.A total of 588 articles were included,and 9 literature clusters were obtained.The authors with the largest number of acupoint catgut embedding and the largest number of publications were Chen Yunlong and Yang Caide,and the largest number of publications were Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The most commonly used methods of external therapy of TCM included acupoint catgut embedding,autohemotherapy,acupuncture and acupoint injection.However,clinical experiments were regional and point selection was different,so there is still a lack of research on the mechanism of external therapy of TCM.关键词
