摘要

Abstract

In this study,the structural composition of the microbial community and the relative abundance of the dominant flora of Xizang medicine bath fermented Jiuqu were investigated and analyzed using high-throughput sequencing technology.The results demonstrated that at the genus classification level,the bacterial genera in all nine sample groups of Xizang medicinal bath fermented Jiuqu contained abundant microbial taxa,whereas the microbial communities of the fungal genera were less abundant.The dominant bacterial phylum shared by all sample groups were Proteobacteria and Firmicutes,and the dominant genera were Acetobacter,Leuconostoc and Enterobacteriaceae;The dominant fungal phylum was Ascomycota,and the dominant genus was Saccharomycopsis.Conclusion:There were differences in the composition of microbial communities and significant differences in the relative abundance of the same phylum in Xizang bath fermented Jiuqu from the same region of Xizang.This study comprehensively analyzed the proportion of various types of dominant flora and microbial community structure in Xizang medicinal bath fermented Jiuqu and provided theoretical references for promoting the quality and industrialization of Xizang medicinal bath Jiuqu of national specialties in the Xizang region.
