甘草提取物在混合型卷烟中的应用评价
Application Evaluation of Licorice Extract in Blended Cigarettes

Abstract
[Objective]The application effect of licorice extract as a medicinal additive in blended cigarettes was explored,which provided the technical support for further research on the additive process,harm reduction technology,the application effect evaluation of Chinese herbal additive,and cigarette fragrance adjustment in blended cigarettes.[Method]The effects of licorice extract with different application ratios(0.6‰,1‰,2‰,4‰ and 10‰)on tobacco moisture retention,cigarette aroma retention,sensory quality,anti-mold and antibacterial properties,as well as the release of harmful and aromatic components from mainstream cigarette smoke were studied.[Result]With the increase of the application amount of licorice extract,the maximum water loss rate of cut tobacco decreased by 20.1%,the fragrance holding efficiency increased by 14.7%,and the maximum antibacterial amount was up to 98.5%.The release reduction rates of harmful components such as benzo[a]pyrene,NNK,and free radicals in mainstream cigarette smoke decreased by 8.6%,22.1%and 24.3%,respectively.At the same time,it could significantly reduce some alkaline and phenolic components that had a negative impact on sensory quality,and increase pyrazine components with baking aroma.When the addition ratio was≥1‰,the aroma component release of indoles and pyrazine was significantly different from those of CK.When the addition ratio was≥2‰,the aroma component release of pyrrole,ester and furan was significantly different from those of CK.When the addition ratio was≥4‰,the aroma component release of quinolines was significantly different from those of CK.[Conclusion]The appropriate addition ratio(≤1‰)of licorice extract not only improves the cigarette taste and reduces the irritation of cigarette smoke,but also plays a role in enhancing aroma and moisture,reducing harm and tar and preventing mold and bacteria,thereby comprehensively improving the quality of cigarette products.关键词
