摘要

Abstract

The phase equilibrium data of three ternary systems(NaCl-NaNO3-H2O,NaCl-Na2SO4-H2O,and NaNO3-Na2SO4-H2O)and the quaternary system(NaCl-NaNO3-Na2SO4-H2O)at 343.15 K were determined by the isothermal dissolution equilibrium method.The results indicate that the NaCl-NaNO3-H2O and NaCl-Na2SO4-H2O ternary systems are simple co-saturated systems,with no double salts or co-solutes formed,while the NaNO3-Na2SO4-H2O system has a small crystallization region of the double salt NaNO3·Na2SO4·H2O.The quaternary system NaCl-NaNO3-Na2SO4-H2O consists of the Na2SO4 crystallization region,NaCl crystallization region,NaNO3 crystallization region,and double salt NaNO3·Na2SO4·H2O crystallization region.NaCl and NaNO3 have a strong salting-out effect on Na2SO4,and the area of the Na2SO4 crystallization regions is significantly larger than that of other crystallization regions.In order to reduce the influence of the double salt crystallization region on the fractal crystallization process,the corresponding crystallization operating temperature should be higher than 343.15 K.
