湍流强度对短弦长螺旋桨性能影响的数值研究
Numerical study on turbulent intensity effect on short-chord-length propeller hydrodynamic performance

Abstract
To investigate the influence of environmental turbulence intensity(WTI)on the hydrodynamic performance of short-chord-length propeller in model scale,a numerical study was carried out on the basis of numerical model validation using the RANS(Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes)method with the γ-Reθ model,and the calculated results were analyzed from the aspects of the flow state and flow phenomena in the blades boundary layer.Results under design advance ratio show that the propeller thrust and torque increase with the turbulence intensity when WTI<0.03,the thrust reaches peaks when WTI=0.03,and the thrust almost no longer changes,while the torque is still increasing when the WTI>0.03;the flow is complex in boundary layer of model scale propellers,where the blades are covered by the laminar flow dominantly with strong flow separation and cross-flow respectively at the inner and outer radius near the trailing edges on blade suction side when WTI=0.01;with WTI increasing,the laminar area on the blade surface shrinks and the turbulence area expands,and the flow separation and cross-flow phenomena are weakened accordingly;the blades are completely covered by the turbulence without flow separation and cross-flow when WTI=0.1.关键词
