中药干预NLRP3炎性小体抗类风湿关节炎的研究进展
Research progress in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with NLRP3 inflammasome intervened by traditional Chinese medicine
摘要
Abstract
Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is an immune disease that severely damages the joints of bones.NLRP3 inflammasome plays an important role in its pathogenesis.Excessive activation of NLRP3 inflammasome can promote inflammatory response and lead to more serious joint injuries.Recent studies showed that traditional Chinese medicine and their formulas and active constitu-ents can play a role in the treatment of RA by interfering with NLRP3 inflammasome.This article will review the research on tradi-tional Chinese medicine and their formulas and active constituents that interfere with the activation of NLRP3 inflammasome in RA,and clarify the relevant mechanisms,so as to provide a new way for the research on the treatment of RA with traditional Chi-nese medicine targeting NLRP3 inflammasome.关键词
