Abstract
The desulfurization wastewater was used as mixing water to prepare solidified material with sand,fly ash and cement as raw materials.The effects of the proportion of raw materials and briquetting pressure on the compressive strength of the solidified material were investigated.The leaching characteristics of Cl-,SO42-,and heavy metal ions in the solidified material were studied,and the frost resistance of the solidified material was evaluated.The results show that when the mass fraction of sand,fly ash,and cement is 50%,30%,and 20%,respectively,the mass ratio of desulfurization wastewater to solid materials is 13%,and the briquetting pressure is 20 MPa;the unconfined compressive strength of the sample after curing for 28 days is 85.1 MPa,and the leaching rates of Cl-and SO42-are 12.62%and 14.27%,respectively.The leaching concentration of Mn,Zn,Co,and Ni meets the limitation in GB 3838-2002,and the compressive strength remains at 71.0%after freeze-thaw cycles.The characterization results show that the sample contains a large number of retiform C-S-H gel,rod-like ettringite(AFt),and Friedel's salt.Among them,the formation of AFt is conducive to the solidification of SO42-and heavy metal ions,while the formation of Friedel's salt is conducive to the solidification of both Cl-and heavy metal ions.关键词
