摘要
Abstract
In this study,a method of acidic ionic liquid(AIL)-based in situ substitution reaction with effervescent-assisted dispersal liquid-liquid microextraction-high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was constructed to detect trace bisphenol compounds in surface water.A large number of CO2 bubbles produced by the effervescent reaction promoted the dispersion of the extractant, and AIL played the dual role of the extractant and the acid source of the effervescent reaction, avoiding the use of dispersants and additional acid sources. The optimal extraction conditions(of 10 mL water samples)were as follows:400 mg[BMIM][HSO4]as the extractant and acid source,150 mg Na2CO3 as the alkaline source,400 mg Li[NTf2]as the anion exchange agent,1.5 mL acetone as the eluent,400 mg NaCl,and a centrifugation time of ionic liquid of 4 min.The regression equation yielded an R2 range of 0.992 3-0.999 1.The linear ranges for bisphenol A,bisphenol B,and bisphenol AF were 0.50-500.00 μg/L,0.93-500.00 μg/L,and 1.03-500.00 μg/L,respectively.Their limits of detection were 0.15 μg/L,0.28 μg/L,and 0.31 μg/L,respectively.The spiked recovery rates for real surface water samples ranged from 84.1%to 104.6%,with relative standard deviations between 2.1%and 4.9%.关键词
