摘要

Abstract

In view of the catalytic decomposition of H2O2 in waste acid,a small-scale test was designed.The energy-saving optimization potential of the device was studied through process simulation,and a pilot test device was built to verify the catalytic decomposition effect of H2O2.The experimental results show that under the conditions of a reaction temperature of 90℃,reaction time of 60 min,stirring speed of 75 r/min,and dosage of catalyst D of 10 mg/kg,the decomposition rate of H2O2 in the small-scale and pilot test devices can reach more than 99.9%.The first derivative of redox potential can intuitively reflect the reaction progress and be used to determine the endpoint of the H2O2 decomposition reaction.The pilot test device has an obvious energy-saving effect,and the consumption of steam and circulating water can be reduced by 65.55%and 46.18%,respectively.
