Abstract
The comprehensive performance evaluation of international science and technology cooperation projects is a critical component of project management throughout the entire lifecycle.Due to varying project goals and the complexity of organizational and implementation models,unique challenges arise in supervising comprehensive performance evaluations.To address these challenges and enhance the effectiveness of supervi-sion in achieving project objectives,this study proposes strategies for improving the supervision of comprehen-sive performance evaluations in international science and technology cooperation projects.These strategies in-clude refining a unified supervision framework and process,adopting supervision methods tailored to the spe-cific needs of international projects,and establishing a more coordinated supervision mechanism.Implemen-ting these strategies can significantly enhance the management level of international science and technology co-operation projects.关键词
