梁柱节点螺栓连接力学性能的精细数值分析
Numerical analysis for mechanical behavior of high-strength bolted beam column joints
摘要
Abstract
To study the mechanical behavior of the high-strength bolted beam column joints,the ABAQUS was adopted to establish a refinedfinite element model,of the high-strength bolted connections,which was reported by the authors of this paper before.Based on the thread profile equations of bolts and nuts,material nonlinear characteristics,damage models of bolt and steel were incorporated in the simulation to better understand the behavior of the bolted connector.The simulation results indicated that failure mode,load-displacement curve and peak load of numerically simulated high-strength bolted connection was basically consistent with the test results.The pretension force of the bolt decreased during the loading process,but in the load transmittal stage the pretension force had a gradually increasing trend as the increase of the load.The bolt shank at the skin and splice plates and the plates within one bolt diameter around the bolt hole produced a stress concentration phenomenon.The failure of bolt originated the bolt shank at the skin and splice plates,and the failure mode was the shear failure of inclined section of bolt shank with under the pretension force and the shear load.关键词
