摘要
Abstract
Chronic kidney disease mineral and bone disorder(CKD-MBD)is one of the important complications affecting the prognosis of children with chronic kidney disease,mainly manifested as calcium and phosphorus metabolism disorders,bone metabolism disorder,secondary hyperparathyroidism,vascular calcification,growth disorders,etc.,which can seriously affect the quality of life in children and increase their fatality rate.It is of great significance to understand the occurrence and development mechanism of CKD-MBD and standardize the diagnosis and treatment of CKD-MBD for improving the prognosis of children with chronic kidney disease.Through literature review,this paper summarizes the research progress of CKD-MBD in children,aiming at improving clinicians'understanding of CKD-MBD in children.关键词
