超双疏表面及其重入结构的研究进展
Research progress on superamphiphobic surfaces and their reentrant structures
摘要
Abstract
In recent years,superamphiphobic surfaces have attracted widespread attention in various fields,surpassing superhydrophobic and superoleophobic.Expect for the micronano rough structure and the long chain fluorosilanes with low surface energy,it is necessary to design concave-curved surfaces(i.e.re-entrant structures)in micronano rough structure for the construction of superamphiphobic surface.This design allows more air to be stored,further supporting the liquid and achieving the hydrophobic behavior of liquids with low surface energy.According to the different application scenarios,this review firstly described and compared the current status of under-liquid superamphiphobic,under-air superhydrophobic/under-liquid superoleophobic and under-air superamphiphobic surfaces,including their respective advantage limitations.Then,the fabrication methods,research progress and their influence on the liquid repellency behavior of T-shaped re-entrants,double re-entrants,mushroom-shaped re-entrants and trapezoidal concave re-entrants were summarized.Finally,the challenges associated with superamphiphobic surfaces were discussed along with their future development directions,providing valuable insights for the research in this field.关键词
