Abstract
Based on the operating conditions of a subway station in Shenzhen,the adaptability of screw chiller from design end to use end is analyzed.The adaptability,reliability and energy saving of screw chiller in actual operation are analyzed from the aspects of frequency conversion technology application and content product ratio optimization,and the measured data of 150RT frequency screw chiller and fixed frequency screw chiller are compared.The results show that the comprehensive partial performance coefficient of the frequency conversion unit is improved by 20.5%compared with that of the fixed frequency unit.After the content product ratio is optimized,the performance coefficient of the integrated part of the unit is improved by about 3.5%.The combined application of the two can provide a reference for the adaptability,reliability and energy saving operation of the screw chiller in the station.关键词
