Abstract
In order to transform from a single energy supplier to a comprehensive energy service provider,a photovoltaic power generation company has built a comprehensive energy intelligent management and control platform that integrates photovoltaic intelligent operation and maintenance control and integrated energy services such as power sales,energy storage,and charging piles,realizing centralized monitoring and intelligent operation.The results show that through the digital upgrade,the platform improves the automation of data collection,optimizes the management process,and develops new business modules such as energy storage,charging pile,service charge management and auxiliary transaction management.After the implementation of the project,the photovoltaic power generation of the enterprise increased by 4.2％～6.8％,the annual benefit increased by 2 million～3 million yuan,saving labor costs,improving production efficiency and market profitability,thus laying the foundation for the successful transformation of the company.关键词
